Memphis, TN – Around 9:30AM, a FIN GPS customer received an alert that their Can-Am Defender was being moved. He was not near the vehicle, and after tracking it with the FIN GPS app, he noticed it moving further from where it should have been. The owner called the 24/7 FIN Theft Recovery Center, followed by local police.
FIN worked with authorities and tracked the Can-Am across 3 states to the eventual resting spot in Mississippi. Police were quick to mobilize thanks to the pin-point accurate GPS data provided by the onboard FIN security device. The vehicle was promptly recovered, and thieves arrested. Not only did he get his Defender back, but also his trailer, tools, and other miscellaneous items. All in a day’s work for FIN!
